Managed the commission, payroll and trust accounting departments. Performed staff appraisals and dealt with all escalated payroll and commission issues. Review and interpreted various agreements and contracts for executives. Managed commission related projects which resulted in a reduction of unallocated commissions by over 98%.

Senior Reporting Analyst & Accountant

Wellington West Capital Inc.

Build reporting solutions in Varicent SPM based on requirements gathered from department heads. Write calculation logic to compute commissions for all sales and admin staff. Worked with auditors to explain accounting workflow and all Financial Statement data. Train accounting staff on month-end processes and review their monthly journal entries. Calculate and report on the company's revenue. Complete monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. Responsible for saving over 100 monthly hours of effort in the accounting department by automating tasks. Work as a project team member to help build a commission system using IBM's Sales Performance Management Software.
